Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg Orchestra House

Mozarteum Orchester Salzburg

The Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg is happy to have its own house for rehearsals and events with the orchestra house. The orchestra house is the home of the MOS: as a rehearsal place and meeting place as well as a seat of orchestra administration and music archive.
The orchestra house as a venue

The orchestra house was opened in 1991 by Salzburg architect Franz Fonatsch. It is characterized by modern architecture, rooms with natural light and central location in the middle of the cultural district of Nonntal and is within 10 minutes walk from the old town.

A spacious, light-flooded foyer with integrated buffet connects the Great Hall and the Yamaha Hall as well as the rehearsal rooms and lounges.

This space makes the orchestra house a sought-after venue for concert and congress organizers, corporate events, music competitions, exhibitions and company parties.
